This was my business phone. Unwanted rings interrupted work, yet broad call-blocking risked screening out real customers, shippers and drivers. View the dated contacts →

How this site was prepared

Sources and methods behind this PMFUS account.

The account uses retained firsthand records for personal events and linked public sources for external claims. Reader access to a public link should never be mistaken for proof of a private, disputed transmission.

Why I documented this: This was a business line I could not turn off or broadly screen. The repeated sales contact interrupted customer and driver calls and left me extremely frustrated. See the dated contact record →

Private supporting records

What is retained but not uploaded.

Messages

Filtered text exports reviewed through October 15, 2026; outgoing replies are separately identified, and statement-possession claims are counted narrowly.

Calls and correspondence

Call-log screenshots, selected recorded conversations, owner correspondence, and email bounce notices. The full call total has not yet been audited.

Application evidence

Materials related to the funding inquiry, including redacted financial statements. The exact historic application text and consent record have not been authenticated for this publication.

Why the raw files are not public

Publishing business bank statements, phone numbers, personally identifying records or third-party recordings would disclose sensitive information and might create new privacy problems. Originals should be securely retained for legal counsel or agencies with proper authority, not distributed indiscriminately online.

Editorial standards

How claims are labeled.

Accuracy requires separating firsthand facts, what others said, and conclusions a reader might be tempted to draw.

A

Firsthand records

Counts from analyzed message exports, dated communications and matters the publisher personally experienced. Even here, a count may be provisional if the audit is incomplete.

B

Attributed statements

What another person reportedly said in a call, text, review or complaint. It is evidence of the statement, not independent evidence that it was accurate.

C

Public third-party information

BBB and PMFUS statements are linked directly. Dynamic numbers and policy wording are shown with their review date.

D

Questions, not findings

The transmission chain, the scope of consent, the identities of unrelated senders, rating integrity and potential legal violations remain open to investigation.

Private-source provenance

What supports the dated private record?

PMFUS business email

Preserved Outlook messages titled Equipment Financing - WE JUST SPOKE, including the September 9, 2026 unredacted-statement request and the September 29 response. Only brief textual excerpts are published; original files remain private.

Phone and text evidence

SMS backup files reviewed through October 15; earlier messaging conversation screenshots, previously transcribed phone-log screenshots, and the owner-identified October 12 recording. The public event ledger shows only recoverable entries and distinguishes them from aggregate totals.

Publication record

Update log

October 17, 2026 · Initial public draft

Eight-page source-linked independent report prepared

Introduced combined text-message totals through October 15, the provisional call figure, a dated timeline, specific attributed document-access claims, PMF privacy text, BBB rating methodology, published complaint counts, a right-of-reply statement and an evidence-preservation explanation.

Additional records, corrections, a verified call audit or responses may warrant a dated update. The absence of an update should not be read as proof that later developments did or did not occur.
